Once you get a customer now what do you do? Successful growth of your AMSOIL business means that you must keep your customers over the long as well as help them understand and purchase other products they might not be currently using. We call this Retain and Grow your customers.

1. Retain Your Customers

Once you get a new customer regardless if it’s a dealer, PC, Commercial, ROTS or even just a retail/catalog customer it’s very important that you do your best to build your relationship. Some tools to do this are

  • Sending Thanks we use SendOutCards
  • Offering Assistance placing orders or product recommendations
  • Using the MyGarage Feature
  • Visiting (if possible)
  • Sending AMSOIL Calendars

2. Growing your customers

  • Send new product announcements (email or data bulletins)
  • use testimonials from other customers
  • Send New Catalogs and updated prices
  • Call and talk about new products
  • Ask if they are having problems with equipment (commercial accounts)
  • – Retailers ask what kind of customers they have and offer soluctinos for other AMSOIL products
  • Send Thank You’s, and Calendars
