Another great AMSOIL question from an AMSOIL Dealer in our team.

Hi Michael, enjoyed tonight’s call. I am definitely interested in trying some shows. No one mentioned flea markets. Has anyone had any luck at flea markets ? I noticed there is a monthly flea market in Nashville. Wondered if you knew if anyone else was attending these and if you would think it would be worth renting a spot for a day.

Here is my answer:

Thanks for calling in. Flea markets can be tricky. Cost is good but people that go to flea markets are looking for low cost items. Selling some of our point of purchase products might work like PI, MP, Heavy Duty MP, Quick Shot, Two-Cycle (Saber Pro), Grease, Coolant Boost, Diesel Additives etc. could work. Any place where you can meet more people is always good.
Only way to tell if working flea markets is worth your time is to do one. Let us know how it works out.
PS. Flea markets could be a good place to find new dealers as well. If I were going that’s where I would focus. Ask people that you see if they are “open to an opportunity to earn extra money”. Find new dealers that want to earn some extra money and for the cost of a pizza $15 they could get started with you. Tell them you are looking for people that would like to help you at shows and flea markets like this.
I believe one of our dealers does a flea market sometimes and has had some success selling products
Good Luck,
