Latest email from a dealer in our team. I help answer his questions and give encouragement.

I am looking to earn much more then just $5000 (I have very high goals and I am very persistent and stubborn) each month. The market I am looking to get into could potentially be 100 times that and my goal is to have talked with at least half (1265 total districts in Texas) in this market in the next 5 years. Hopefully I will be able to accomplish this with out too much of a problem. How do you keep up with all of your customers? Do you have a form or system you would not mind sharing with me? I really want to keep in contact with all of my customers and build a strong relationship with them (unlike my up line dealer).

Here is my reply:

As they say in AMSOIL, The Sky is the Limit. There are no barriers to success in AMSOIL. No limit to the amount of dealers, customers and accounts you can have. Setting goals and aiming high you will have success no matter what.
As far as keeping up with customers. I use a variety of programs to help build that relationship.
The least expensive is email. Starting an email list and sending out a newsletter periodically can help you have a better relationship. You can set this up for free at mailchimp.com
I also use a card program called SendOutCards. It’s so good in fact at staying in touch with customers that my wife became a distributor. www.thosecardfolks.com
I also am available to my customers in a variety of ways that suits them. This could be text message to Facebook. I try to connect with as many customers on social media as I can. You would be surprised how many comment or message me on my pages. I also try to keep up with their pages well and comment share and help them with their business. This really can cement a relationship.
Lastly, if you are not using the premium dealers zone you do not have access to all the reports on customers, what they buy and so forth. Any serious AMSOIL dealer that is working at their business will want to subscribe to the premium dealers zone. It would be near impossible for me to work at my business without this tool
