- David Cianfaglioni, Jared Swarey, Carol Brady, Clayton Sorensen, William Spenser, and Jason and Cindy Bulgin, all received 100 Cc’s and 1 dealer recognition.

How to motivate your downline dealers. We discuss ways to help you help the dealers in your team to building a more successful AMSOIL business:
- Share your successes with your Team. Dave Naus does a great job of this.
- Be available, and let your team know a variety of ways to contact you. Phone, email, text, even social media
- Provide assistance when needed
- Provide praise to dealers that are having success, but also be sure your entire team sees that. Recognition of accomplishment helps everyone
- Provide Encouragement
- Provide opportunity to succeed as well as fail.
- Education on products, sales, follow-up, sponsoring, etc.
- Provide leadership opportunity
- Work together when possible, this could be doing shows, three way calls, etc.
- Be Positive and Have Fun
Some pitfalls to never to with your downline dealers:
- Never complain. If you need to complain call your sponsor, direct jobber or your RSM. The saying goes Motivate down complain up. Meaning all positive stuff goes to your team and all complaints go to your sponsor or upline
- Don’t disrespect others in your team
- Don’t create situations where feelings could get hurt, be fair
- Don’t feel bad when someone in your team lets you down. None of us are perfect
