We got a question from a dealer the other day that we thought was interesting.
They asked:
“How do you sponsor dealers in your team”.
When I answered I posted that I use joinamsoil.com which is obviously the way to sponsor, I got a reply of
“well I know that, but how do you sponsor so many dealers?”
Lets get into that question a bit.
There are several factors in sponsoring new AMSOIL dealer to your team. My list is by no means the only list but here is what I come up with.
- You must become a product of the product. Using AMSOIL products yourself will increase your credibility with others.
- Attract others that might be interested in becoming an AMSOIL Dealer.
- This means you should wear AMSOIL Clothing.
- Have AMSOIL signs on your vehicle.
- Go to places that potential dealers be located.
- Be enthusiastic about the AMSOIL Business.
- Treat your AMSOIL Business like a business.
- Build relationships with your customers.
- Ask people if they keep their options open.
- Ask someone if they know anyone who would like to earn some extra money part time as an AMSOIL Dealer.
- Contact current customers and accounts. Let them know about the AMSOIL business opportunity.
- Use 3rd party tools like “Brilliant Compensation” and AMSOIL Business Opportunity brochures.
- Make your own “How I started a profitable home business” Brochure.
- Help Train Dealers in your team. Let them know about AMSOIL training, and your Sponsor training if there is any available (Like our Monday night Team Calls)
- Study what other dealers do to sponsor.
- Take Generic Network Marketing Classes like NetworkMarketingPro.com offers
- Read Books and audio materials on sponsoring and building your business. We have read many
- Talk with your sponsor or Direct Jobber and learn how to sponsor more AMSOIL Dealers
- Talk with your Regional Sales manager about sponsoring.
This is my quick list on the things that I have done to become one of the most successful AMSOIL dealers in the company. I have worked hard on learning what to do as well as continue learning new and better ways to “Sponsor, Train and Teach” as Jim Rohn says.
